Erical Lyon is Realbirth's Founder and Director. A childbirth educator for over 10 years, her first book, The Big Book of Birth is just out! A single, working mom, she lives in Brookyln with her two children.
Sally Bernstein is a senior executive at a New York City non-profit organization. She has a lifelong interest in nutrition and health issues and has published several articles on vegetarian travel. She and her husband live in Manhattan with their toddler son.
